At The Lincolnshire Women’s Clinic, I want to offer continuity like I could do as an NHS GP so I would encourage all my clients to book follow up appointments for certain conditions- this works out as much better for YOU and allows a high quality, satisfactory outcome. Most follow up schedules are over a 6-12 week period initially, and may stretch to more like 6-12 months once you are established on a treatment pathway.
Repeat prescriptions between consultations:

If you are purely requesting a repeat private prescription there is a small charge for this if it is out with a consultation. Please note I will not prescribe a new medication without a prior consultation.
It’s important to remember that the cost of a private prescription does not include the cost of the actual medicine when you go to collect it from a pharmacy. You will also need to pay the cost of this to the pharmacist.
